“When you buy an assembled bike from us, we’ve already sprayed it.” could specifically mean a bike assembled by Rivendell from a frame. The completes are assembled in Taiwan, or at least they were. Taiwan could certainly be the we in "we've", but it's worth a call to say hello and make sure that's the case. -Kai BKNY
