Bob, I agree. I wouldn’t try on a Sam, but would be pretty sure these would fit on a Joe without fenders. And maybe even with! I’m cruising with the 44s in a befendered Joe and they are good. I had Schwalbe Furious Fred’s on there before and there was a little wiggle room.
