I am putting some Whiskey No.7 46cm bars on my Hilsen to experiment after getting a taste of some shallow drop/flared bars on a friend's bike. I'll share thoughts if I stick with them. There are some people that ride 666's at the shop and they flex quite a bit. Most report that as a nice attribute (I can see that), but I think of the fatigue resistance of aluminum and it would make me a little nervous. A steel moose stem with removable faceplates and huge swaged section on an ultra wide noodle with shallow drop? Dreamy. Niche on niche on niche on niche and probably wildly expensive.
