Awesome. That makes sense now. It was hard to figure because I didn't have time to put it in a stand and take off the wheel to line it up. I agree that it's worth the trouble to not use P-clamps (I knew U clamp sounded weird). But the extra hardware is expensive so I understand if Riv doesn't want that rack to hit $250, and that we're all on a budget of some kind with limits.
