Based on instagram monitoring, it appears that she's on a bit of a vacation. That might explain the slow response. My experience has been that she is pretty fast to reply.
My latest cap was made to fit. I sent her the measurement and she nailed the fit. I can't comment on any pre-made standard sizing.
