I have 559s on my Sam with cream SKS 45 fenders and 38mm Little Big Bens. I put salmon pads on the 559s and they work sufficiently. Things are a bit close in front. I hear pebbles scraping inside the front fender occasionally. I have SKS 50 fenders on my Cheviot and never hear that noise. Jon
