That's going to be very pretty. I've seen two-bolt Nitto S83s in black but they're hard to find, especially in 26.8. A Thomson with setback will work if you have enough post showing to accommodate the bend in their posts.
The headtube/fork parts are all components of the headset. You need a 1-inch threaded headset in black, there's lots out there.
