Has anyone tried re-hanging (that's the term used in the two links referenced below) a new leather top on a saddle that's completely shot? I came across an eBay auction for new saddle leather die-cut to the dimensions necessary to rebuild various Brooks saddles. As I've grown fond of the Brooks B68 on my Clem, I though I might give rebuilding an old saddle a try. Thus my plea:
*Who has a worn out, tired old B68 for sale? * I'm your buyer. If I come across one, I'll post my rebuilding and riding experience. It may be useful; it may be a waste of time. Here are link to the auction and the website of the purveyor of replacement leather saddle tops.I'd welcome your thoughts and related experiences. https://www.ebay.com/itm/153149535312 www.Obsidianmonarch.com Thanks in advance, LeRoy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
