Add me to the list of those wishing. I've looked and not found anything quite as good. Maybe the origin8 Gary II? There's supposedly a 25.4 version that would work with shims. If the extensions are too short and you don't use bar end shifters, you could improve it with control tech Terminators. Still has more drop though.
