IMO, you cannot go wrong with TB14 rims. They are beautiful and bomb-proof. My LBS is a big fan.
As for your hub choices, again either one is a winner unless you are trying to shave off some weight as you suggest. Those rims with either hubs would be (for me) about the most beautiful vintage-inspired new wheelset you could get.
