Bought it late this summer, have used it as my primary commuter bag since, albeit gently. No holes, tears or other damage. All zippers work well. The plastic sidewall inserts may be curved from full loads but they’re not bent or folded or cracked or anything. I really love this bag, it’s the perfect middle ground between rando bag and a basket bag. Ultimately, I need more storage capacity and will be upsizing to a larger Wald and bag.
