The biology of vision and blind spots used to be taught in learning to drive. 
Is it not any more? And the “look twice before crossing the street” advice from 
when I was 3 covers all the basics. Now we’re happy with “look up from your 
phone before crossing the street? Sardonic grin.

Today began the seasonal weekend rush of Christmas tree cutters on one of my 
main routes. Nobody on the trails though. Grin.
