Thanks Randy and Collin! I think we will try Collin's route, it turns out my companion was thinking along the same lines already. After looking at your map, I was wondering if there's a reason not to ride from Point Reyes through Santa Rosa and up to St. Helens (for the night) before heading down to the ferry? I'm guessing you've ridden the ride you've suggested... Would you recommend a direction to do it in?
