The CX70 is nice, but really just about any double fd that'll fit your seattube will work with that shifter and cranks. That's one of the great things about a Riv-style drivetrain, you don't have to go through all the matchy-matchy gymnastics just to get a chain across two dang rings.
As I can attest with my recent attempt to make a Tiagra derailer shift Sugino cranks with an old XTR shifter, friction is way easier to work with up front.
