I don't know how it got continued. When I look at the forum on the Google Groups website I see the original thread locked, then there's this new one with "Re:" in front of the title.
Bottom line is Jim made it clear he doesn't want to do this again two months after the thread had died out. It started as a link to an extremely contentious thread on another site which I'm still battling.
