No doubt. In that think twice vein, computer controlled auto shifting wouldn’t really surprise me much. I believe electronic systems where you only hit up or down shift and it decides when to shift just the rear, or to do a front / rear combination are already coming to market. With gps, power meter, cadence, and shifting systems all talking to a single “bike computer” all ready, can automatic shifting be that far away?
