As an (admittedly heavier) alternative to the Pacenti rims, Velo Orange has their Diagaonale rims on sale for about $45. These are nice looking rims, I have them on my Bleriot and they have been fine on the road and the somewhat rough C&O canal towpath. Cheers, Steve
