Joe, thanks for posting the pictures.  

It is fun to see the evolution of this bike.  It is a true sport utility 
vehicle!

I think it is a very practical drive train.  Right size chainring.  That RD 
is fantastic.  Had it on my 51cm Appa.

Question - what do you mean by ditched a chain?
