"...bottle cages won't do." Because of size? Aesthetics? I use King Cage Iris cages for my Klean Kanteen 27 oz bottles and they work great. They look to be the same diameter as this hydroflask: https://www.hydroflask.com/24-shave-ice-limited-edition/color,bluehawaii,a,92,o,339. The Iris cage handles the stainless steel, taller bottles very well.
