Lovely color, nice fit-out. Those Toyo frames are well made and a delight to ride. Just for accuracy sake, the TT is level-ish, but has a slight upslope. Attached is the geometry from the 2011 RBW handout. Like you, I prefer a level TT. My 1995 Road is that way, and a 99 Waterford. The Rambouillet is like your Hilsen. Looks level but slopes up a tad.
