FWIW: I recently purchased the GK 700cx38. From the package, mounted with tubes on DT R460 rims they measured 36mm @ 45psi. Three weeks later they have stretched to an approximate 37.5mm :) Useless data point. Took them on a mixed terrain 60 mile ride and they still had the fuzzy vent sprue things along the center of the tire, front and rear!
