PS As a follow-up, you may want to consider having your shifter cables cross along the down tube. In other words, the rear derailleur housing would loop from the shifter over to the left side of the down tube, and vice-versa. This makes a cleaner arc in many cases. I often set up bar-ends with the housings routed that way.
