I'm not running 650b but have Gravel Kings smooth tread in a 700C x 38. I set them up tubeless on Velocity Quill Rims and run them at 28psi. ( I weigh around 160). I love this setup! I have tried a multitude of tires through the years and find that these are the ones that I am 100% happy with. I don't really see a need to try others. I recommend Orange Seal Endurance for your sealant. Some say Stan's is just as good but I have found that OS lasts longer.
