Atlantis.
I give the measurement from the Riv 2017 geo chart in parentheses when 
available. 
Assume any discrepancies are my own error.

seat tube: 56 cm (vs. 56 cm)
top tube: 57 cm (vs. 57.7 eff. tt)
down tube: 62.25 cm
chain stay: 47.25 cm (vs. 47.5 cm)
