I hope you son is ok! Not a time to get a nail in a foot. The name of the thread is “30 days of biking!” and I’m interpreting that to mean 30 rides in 30 days. Reality is though that I probably get 5 out of 7 days. Work, weather, fatigue gets in the way. When I miss a day I try to get on two rides within the next day or two to make up for it.
However, what I have promised myself (and am doing )is “something” every day, and that “something “ when not riding is walking. So, if for some reason I don’t get on my bike one day, I will be taking a longer than usual walk. Some lucky days I get both. It’s 53* out now and my Joe Appaloosa is calling to me.
