I don’t see anyway to put something in a basket, they don’t take phone calls.  How dies one place an order?

Here's what it says on their web site: http://00eda5d.netsolhost.com/ordering.html

How To Order
Our preferred method of receiving orders is via e-mail. Faxed or mailed orders are fine too, but are significantly slower in processing. We accept PayPal to gpvb1 (at) comcast (dot) net, and payment by check or Money Order. Also, we can invoice you (and you can pay) via PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account. Ask us about that option....

  * *e-Mail*
    gpvb1(at)comcast(dot)net <mailto:gp...@comcast.net>
    We answer all non-spam e-mails, except valuation requests! If you
    don't get a response from us, you must have some sort of
    spamblocker or other filter that needs adjusting!!!

  * *Mail* (very slow!)
    After contacting us to confirm that the desired items are
    available, and the total cost with shipping, send check, or money
    order to:

  * *Bicycle Classics LLC*
    2724 N. Overland Trail #1468
    Laporte, CO 80535

    Shipping Policy

      o *In-Stock Items* generally ship in 1 - 3 business days

      o *Most shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service.*Shipping to a
        USA or APO/FPO address is 9.00 per order. USA parts orders
        over $150.00 ship free, however. For oversized, or Foreign
        orders, or other large or heavy items such as rims, wheels,
        frames, frame tubing, books, or bikes, please inquire. We
        recommend placing orders that are 25.00 or more to make the
        most out of the shipping cost, but there is no minimum order
        amount.

Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt you may return any unused item in the exact condition it was received for cash/PayPal refund (depending on how you paid, and shipping charges are not refundable). You may also choose store credit. No returns are permitted after 30 days.

Note that refunds on purchases will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs we incurred for the order.

*Note also:* If you return an item because we either shipped the wrong item or it is defective, then we will adjust the policy so that you don't pay for our blunder. Conversely, if you order the wrong part and it's your mistake, or you simply "don't like/want the item" we regret that we can't adjust the policy.

/*Disclaimer*/*/!/* /*Danger, Will Robinson!!!*/
Use all items at your own risk. Many items, including NOS unused vintage ones, are best for display only. Use of any item we sell is at the sole risk of the purchaser. If you're uncomfortable with using anything that you purchase from us for any reason, return it unused and unmarked for a refund within 14 days (from time of receipt). It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all items regularly, even modern items, to determine whether they are safe to use or better left for display. Lightweight rims, old cranks (/like me! - Ed./), tubular tires, handlebars, pedals, and stems can be especially risky to use. Our lawyer made us say this.
