Some data points for you: sold a f/f/hs when I lived in the bay area, a 59cm, for 1100 or 1200, whatever I paid for it from CL or list member. Got a 61 cm complete bike locally for $1500 (Rich wheels, ultegra brakes, DA bar end shifters, fu -uh-ugly black 105 crank) noodles, Nitto bits. I thought it was a real bargain. Traded f/f/hs for 61 cm Atlantis f/f/hs.
