Ahh. The in terrorrem effect of what might be a shoulder holster. Of course for this to work, you're depending on people being of a certain age or at least old enough to have watched Hill Street Blues. My sense is that armpit holsters have gone out of style in a favor of plastic sheaths that slip inside the pants top or in the small of the back. No one really cares about tradition any longer.
