I PM'd but I don't think it went through. I have a pair of wheels with 27 x 1-1/4 Araya alloy rims. The hubs are Raleigh sealed bearing, The rims also have Raleigh stickers on them. They are Presta stem style rims. They have a little vertical (~10mm - 3/8") extension around the valve hole penetration at the rim - I assume to keep the valve stem perpendicular to the rim. I have never seen another rim with them. They seem to be in good condition.
