I emailed the OP off-list, but haven't gotten a response. In that email, I recommended to the OP that he could easily sell the Nitto 27F front rack separately, since pretty much any 700C Rivendell could use that rack and that rack is excellent. I offered $200 shipped for the rack + basket + net. I've got the bike waiting for it. If one of you buys his frameset and wants to turn around and sell the rack assembly to me, let me know.
