UPS & Fedex are dealing with significant system wide delays right now, it's affecting us at work & my Bikeflights shipment of last week was delayed 3 days too. Fedex have gone from being the carrier of record to 2nd choice at best.
It also showed up with heavy damage to the packaging, fortunately I bought the insurance so when I finally get back to the house I'll see what survived & what didn't. Bikeflights responded to my initial email within 10 minutes with a real human being no less so I'm hopeful for a good outcome either way.
