Philip , I'm old enough to recall when your building there on Lamar was a huge Sears Roebuck store and I actually shopped there as a young man.
I need to look up when it closed. Also I went through the huge warehouse behind it a half dozen or so times on work related business. I occasionally cycle past there on my way from the far north Dallas area to the historic Santa Fe Train Trestle Bridge past that crosses the Trinity and the bike paths along the Trinity River.
