I think Rivendell recommends 110 mm. It also depends on your crank though and generally the crank manufactor should also be able to provide recommendation. For example, for their Clipper crankset <https://www.rivbike.com/collections/cranks-bbs/products/crank-akhdkgn2154sdg>, RBW recommends 113 mm.
