You can get a "knob" to create a mounting point for a handlebar USB 
headlight. Here's the Problem Solver

for the fork which would work on a front eyelet.  Cateye has a dedicated 
fork mount <https://www.cateye.com/intl/products/parts/5342440/> for their 
headlights only which can work on the front eyelet as well.
