Caroline, I bought my Clem used with a Soma front rack and basket. The measurements of mine are the same as the one you referenced so it's likely the same one though there is nothing labeling it besides the brand. My Clem has 650b wheels and V-brakes with Big Ben tires (27.5 x 2.00) and fenders. The rack cleared the front fender and I've hauled some pretty heavy groceries in the basket without any issues. It's a sturdy rack. Good luck with your search and have fun camping!
