haha, to the OP, these bags can be used for that purpose, but do some 
searching on youtube, you may want to add a few pieces of cardboard or hard 
plastic for more protection as the bags can tear.   also keep in mind that 
some airlines will not allow or these will not fit in the overheads, in 
which case you should be able to gate check it like a PRAM.
