I watched my time go from 1:59 cst to 2:00 refreshed my page was already 
logged in put a 59 lime olive into my cart went to pay and, sold out. 
Really talking like 30 seconds if that, crazy, guess it wasn’t meant to be. 
Curious how much quicker you had to be and how?
