No John,  I ordered from the first Taiwan production, Riv screwed up and 
sold mine to somebody but offered the one Waterford 54 left.   I got one by 
accident.  As far as I know the rest were made in Taiwan.  Not that it 
matters,  it's the same incredible bike except for the pointy lugs and 
paint.   I think all the forkswere made by Toyo of Japan.
