Me too. I can't think of any reason to put a double top tube on a road bike, and even on a mt. bike it is overkill for all but the most extreme users. I wouldn't consider buying a bike with a double top tube. How many failures has Grant experienced with the top tubes on the Atlantis - Rambouillet - AHH? Or even the Heron. I'll bet it's pretty close to zero, and if there was one it was due to workmanship, not a design flaw.
