I’ve done it a few times and used a Dremmel to enlarge the hole near the 
dropout. No matter how much I tried to run the wire without enlarging the hole, 
I failed. I ended up soldering the “fishing” wire to the cable and pulling it 
from bottom to top.Took me losing the cable several times mid fork and having 
to re-fish to come up with that method. Learn from my hours of mistakes! 
Literally hours.
