Hi Graham, I have been waiting for the same frame as you for a long time, and there are none that I know of available. BUT! 1. Rivendell will have them back in stock in a few weeks 2. I saw a few in photos from the garage sale (mismatched for and/or blemished frames). If you're local to the Bay Area, you might call to see whether one of those remains.
