The Topeak looks like a good option. Ill pick one up and give it a try. 

For me, I prefer the utilitarian aspect and low cost of the Topeak. I can 
better justify leaving a 40$ pump at the bike rack rather than a 75-100$ 
one. I do like the look of the Silca though.
