Bernard, 

I have used the A520 on several single bikes and on a tandem for many 
issue-free miles. Good foot support, they work well, and, IMHO, fit the Riv 
aesthetic as well as aclipless pedal can They are also available used in 
good shape for not much money, which is a bonus.
