Hi Leah, I have been looking at these pants for so long now and have the exact same concern. I just emailed James at Riv and asked for the seat measurement (this is the hardest part of pant fit for me..soccer thighs..now biking thighs?) If you purchased them would you care to share a photo if they fit how you like or not?
Anyway, lately I have resorted to biking in Everlane's straight leg crop (their barrel pant is nice too if you want more knee room). Both are all cotton, generous stretch, look fine off the bike. Although I wouldnt do more than 20? miles in them. More for the biking and hopping about. P.
