Hey folks, thanks for all the responses. I may have to check out the Rapha shorts. While they're expensive they seem to have the fit I'm looking for and the style (simple and functional), it's just a matter if they fit me correctly. I'm often in-between sizes which can be frustrating.
A few years back I ordered some Swerve Knickers and was thoroughly disappointed in them. Maybe they've gotten their shit together since then but man, the knickers I got sucked. The material was good but the stitching, fit and design horrible. They did not seem like a product made by a cyclist. I know there are folks out there who like their stuff so perhaps their products are better. Looking at their website, the shorts they're offering now look pretty nice but I'll check out the Rapha shorts first. I should be able to try them at River City. Given my 10% off BTA discount they're still pricey but maybe worth it. They seem a bargain compared to the $250 bib shorts I see people sporting. Somewhat off topic, but if folks are going the other direction and looking for bib shorts, consider Voler. I've been using their bibs for almost 10yrs now and have no complaints. They're reasonably priced, comfy and durable. --mike -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
