I would send good pics to Grant. The second photo (from behind the bike) is 
an example of a good photo. First photo is out of focus.

If Grant says the frame is OK, I would not worry. If he says it is 
compromised, I would get the frame fixed.

Dickering about refunds, accommodation, etc. comes after determination of 
the damage.
