I'm 6ft2 and have a 60cm Appaloosa which is faaaaairly similar to a 59cm
Atlantis. I have 48cm Noodle bars on a 5cm Technomic stem on it and have
happily ridden 100mile days on it.
Far be it from me to advise anyone on sizing, but I think if you're dead
set on drops the size down would be better for you.

I sized down on my Homer because I knew I wanted to run drops on it, I
could have gone for the 61 but the 58 works better for me with drops and a
9cm stem.

This was all based on advice from Roman in Riv so I wouldn't hesitate to
send them an email or give them a call. They're the experts.
