WTB: Quill stem with 21.1 steerer and 60mm bar clamp. Prefer a short (50-80mm) riser style in silver. I wouldn't rule out a shim situation either i guess.
If this proves too difficult to find, I'd consider a similar threadless stem with the 60mm clamp and specs as above.
