I don't know why, but the leather on mine wore through on both hands at
the heel of the glove after less than a 1000 miles of use (okay, after
reading that, it seems like a decent duration, but it was less that six
months of use, and I know I have other gloves that have lasted for years).
They also really soak up the sweat, which made them soggy and heavy that I
didn't care for. When soaked like this, it was a little bit of a struggle
to remove them as well. Other than that, they were comfortable and I really
liked the lack of padding.
