Such good info! Thank you all. Looks like there's a lot of possibilities here. I am on the lookout now for 10 spd or 11spd Campy shifters, proving very hard to find for non astronomical pricing. With the "dummy" gears, does the shifter still index and just not shift? Not sure if that would annoy me or not...
